• The Castle doors will open 60 minutes prior to the showtime listed on your tickets. We recommend arriving early as Castle entrance lines may be long. Once inside our Hall of Arms, you’ll be able to enjoy our gift shops, full-service bar, and authentic medieval artifacts.
• Requests for vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free meals can be made the day of the show. Our meal and allergen information can be found here.

• We often get asked if gratuity is included in the admission price! Gratuity for your hard working serfs and wenches is not included as a part of your ticket. You may take care of your server with a cash, credit card, or mobile tip at the end of the show.
